工作範圍

• 協助銷售公司療程及產品，提供專業的美容護理建議
• 提供專業的激光/醫學美容護理療程知識，協助顧客改善皮膚問題
• 為顧客安排電話及網上預約服務，並跟進療程進度
• 回覆電話、Facebook、WhatsApp 等線上諮詢，提供即時協助
• 維護顧客療程紀錄，建立良好關係，提升品牌忠誠度
• 協助店舖主管處理日常業務、行政工作及特別專項

Job Description

• Assist in promoting and selling our innovative treatments and products while providing professional beauty care advice.
• Offer expert knowledge on laser and medical beauty treatments to help customers address their skin concerns.
• Schedule and manage customer appointments through phone and online platforms for convenience.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online channels with a friendly personality.
• Maintain detailed customer treatment records, building strong relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
• Support store managers with daily operations, administrative tasks, and special projects.

職位要求

• 對美容及護膚有濃厚興趣，歡迎年青男/女加入
• 具銷售或客戶服務經驗者優先，無經驗者亦可申請
• 優秀的人際溝通技巧，喜歡與顧客互動
• 為人誠實勤奮，親切有禮，注重服務細節
• 具備團隊合作精神，能與同事緊密配合
• 能流利使用廣東話、普通話及基本英語（懂日語或韓語者更佳）
• 熟練中英文電腦打字，能處理文書工作

• A genuine passion for beauty and skincare; young men and women from all backgrounds are welcome to apply!
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but fresh candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Honest, hard-working, and attentive to service details.
• A strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
• Fluent in English, Basic Cantonese or Chinese will be an advantage. Knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus.
• IANG visa candidates are welcome.
