Duties:

• Technical lead to perform system analysis & design, feasibility studies and product development for Web Applications.
• Collect and analyze user requirements.
• Project and vendor management.
• Liaise with users for project implementation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in application development, implementation; at least 1 year experience in system analysis and design.
• Solid experience in system development with React JS and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience in vendor/ODC management.
• Solid experience in system development with .Net, mySQL & PostgreSQL.
• Practical knowledge and experience in CI/CD operation, Private/Public Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge and experience in Learning Management System.
• Knowledge in Information Security.
• Knowledge and experience in WebLogic.
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under tight schedule.
