Reports To: Director of Sales

Responsibilities
1.Prepare sales reports, including occupancy forecasts, revenue analysis, and market trends.
2.Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
3.Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
4.Coordinate and follow up on booking inquiries.
5.Assist the Director of Sales in preparing sales proposals, contracts (TA / OTA / Corporate), and promotional materials.
6.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
7.Assist in organizing client site inspections.
8.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
9.Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
10.Act as a liaison between the Sales Department and other Hotel Departments (e.g., Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping).

Qualifications:
1.Degree / Higher Diploma in Business, Hospitality or Tourism Management
2.Minimum 2-year experience in hotel sales / reservations department
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PMS Cambridge
4.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
5.Strong organizational and time management abilities.
6.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
