Key Responsibilities 職責:

• 與管理層及營運部緊密合作, 包括研發不同菜式
• Work closely with Management and Operations team, including developing and producing different Taiwanese cuisine
• 開發, 研發及製作台式料理 / 台灣牛肉麵
• Research, develop and produce Taiwanese cuisine including Taiwanese beef noodle
• 負責廚房人員的培訓和管理團隊日常營運，並領導團隊達成績效目標並提升工作效率
• Responsible for the training of kitchen staff and daily operations of the management team, and leading the team to achieve performance goals and improve work efficiency
• 確保廚房出品符合公司標準
• Ensure food & kitchen products meet company standards
• 保持高質素水平及品質監督
• Maintain high quality standards and quality control
• 確保日常營運暢順及協調
• Managing the daily operation and workflow of kitchen

Requirements 入職要求:

• 具台式料理工作經驗者優先
• Applicants with experience in Taiwanese cuisine will be given priority
• 對食材, 食品安全有良好認識
• Good understanding and knowledge of food ingredients and food safety
• 須有責任感、守時及具團隊合作精神
• Must be responsible, punctual and a good team player
• 流利粵語及基本英語溝通
• Well-spoken in Cantonese and basic English
