Assist the manager in directing and supervising all subordinates and assume the responsibilities and duties in the absence of a manager.
Ensure that the restaurant is in proper order before opening the restaurant. While closing the restaurant, all closing procedures must be completed and double-checked.
Prepare cashier duties such as calculating the tips, credit cards, cash, and all charges throughout the day.
Familiar with restaurant’s promotions, menu and their pricing and activities related to the restaurant and hotel.
Aware and comply with the hotel policies and standards.
Establish customer loyalty by maintaining good customer relations with guest and ensuring that guest satisfaction is met and up to standard.
QUALIFICATIONS
Secondary school certificate
Catering school certificate is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage or in hotel industry.
Good command of speak and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
