Position Summary：

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to support the IT Manager in driving key IT projects, including Oracle ERP implementation, Power Bi Implementation, and supply chain application initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in IT project coordination, vendor collaboration, and system support within a dynamic multinational environment.

 

Job responsibilities：

1.Report Optimization with Power Bi:

• Support Microsoft Power Bi Implementation.

2.Project Support:

• Assist in managing Oracle ERP&CRM implementation (China/USA).
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables under guidance.

3.Production Support:

• Help monitor post-ERP implementation stability by coordinating with outsourced support teams.
• Log and triage system issues, ensuring timely resolution.

4.Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise between business teams, IT vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare meeting minutes, status reports, and presentation materials.

 

Job requirements：

• Currently pursuing a bachelor or above degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (Oracle preferred), databases, Power Bi.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to document requirements clearly.
• Proactive learner with interest in IT project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus (for regional coordination).
