Position: Assistant Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager
Location: Kwun Tong
Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend prime locations for our client's expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and agencies.
- Conduct site visits to assess potential properties.
- Handle leasing administration, including lease negotiations and tenancy agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings.
- Work with landlords and management offices on property-related matters.
- Manage ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in a business-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Hong Kongs retail or F&B leasing sector.
- Experience managing a portfolio of retail chain stores is a plus!
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Leasing Manager role.
