Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation applications to enhance business operations and customer engagement
Manage the development of a smart venue dashboard that integrates various internal system applications through APIs
Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all technology solutions
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of technology solutions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 12-15 years of experience in technology management, with a focus on application development and system integration
Proven experience in managing B2B and B2C application development projects
Strong understanding of API development and integration
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Extensive experience with Microsoft products and technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, and .NET framework
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in developing smart venue dashboards or similar technology solutions
Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the industry
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technology certifications (e.g., Azure) is a plus
