Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation applications to enhance business operations and customer engagement
• Manage the development of a smart venue dashboard that integrates various internal system applications through APIs
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to align technology initiatives with business objectives
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all technology solutions
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of technology solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 12-15 years of experience in technology management, with a focus on application development and system integration
• Proven experience in managing B2B and B2C application development projects
• Strong understanding of API development and integration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Extensive experience with Microsoft products and technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, and .NET framework
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in developing smart venue dashboards or similar technology solutions
• Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the industry
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technology certifications (e.g., Azure) is a plus
