Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and production of promotional material for events and campaigns independently.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to final execution, meeting all deadlines.
• Develop and execute creative concepts and layouts that align with the mall’s branding strategy, ensuring high-quality design standards across all material and platforms.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive file system for design assets and project documentation.
• Generate innovative ideas and solutions for marketing initiatives.
• Perform photo editing and retouching to enhance promotion visuals.
• Liaise and monitor the vendors on production related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary education, major in Visual Art/ Graphic Design/ Multimedia/ Advertising or related disciplines
• With at least 5 years’ relevant experience in graphic design, preferably gained in a retail or mall environment. Less experience will also be considered.
• High proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles and branding.
• Creative, with strong sense of aesthetics and able to conceptualize ideas from layout presentation to final production
• Able to handle multi-tasks, work independently and meet tight deadline
• Proactive, self-motivated and with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
