崗位職責：

1. 持續負責公司貴金屬交易平台APP及網站的產品優化與迭代，結合用戶需求與市場反饋，推動功能升級與體驗提升，確保平台高效、高速穩定、安全運行；
2. 主導金融科技產品的開發；
3. 主導產品需求調研、用戶訪談與分析，制定產品roadmap並拆解為階段性任務，撰寫PRD、原型圖及用戶流程設計文檔；
4. 負責產品從0到1及從1到N的生命周期管理，明確產品指標（如用戶轉化率、留存率、活躍度等），並通過AB測試與數據分析持續優化；
5. 組織跨部門項目例會，推進產品從立項到上線的全流程；
6. 跟進產品上線後的運行情況與用戶反饋，快速定位問題並協助技術優化迭代節點；
7. 參與公司創新業務討論，孵化新型交易模式或技術產品；
8. 建立並完善產品相關流程與制度，提升產品團隊效率與標準化水平。

任職要求：

1. 本科或以上學歷，碩士學歷者優先。計算機、金融工程、資訊系統管理、電子商務等相關專業背景優先；
2. 5年以上產品經理經驗，其中有不少於3年獨立負責完整產品線或平台類產品經驗者優先；
3. 熟悉貴金屬、外匯、或衍生品類交易平台的業務邏輯、用戶習慣及合規要求的優先；
4. 有知名企業或大型券商工作經歷的優先
5. 對金融科技有深入理解，熟悉自動交易、自動風控、數據儀表板及業務監控等技術解決方案；
6. 熟悉Axure、Figma、Sketch等產品設計工具，具備基本的UI/UX設計能力與數據敏感度；
7. 優秀的溝通能力與協調能力，能在快節奏環境下推動多項任務並行推進；
8. 擁有創業心態，對產品質量和業務成效高度負責，具備從0到1創新和從1到N持續優化的能力；
9. 有跨境平台/區塊鏈/Web3等金融創新領域產品經驗者加分；
10. 英文流利者優先，需與海外團隊協作。

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the continuous optimization and iteration of the company's precious metals trading platform (App and Website), enhancing features and user experience based on customer feedback and market demand to ensure efficient, high-speed, stable, and secure performance.
• Lead the development and delivery of fintech products.
• Conduct in-depth product research, user interviews, and analysis; define product roadmaps and break them down into phased deliverables; create PRDs, wireframes, and user flow documentation.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and 1 to N, define key product metrics (such as user conversion rate, retention rate, engagement), and continuously optimize through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Organize cross-functional meetings and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from product initiation to launch.
• Monitor product performance after launch, gather user feedback, and work closely with the tech team to iterate and improve.
• Participate in strategic business innovation discussions and contribute to the incubation of new trading models or technical products.
• Build and improve product-related processes and documentation standards to enhance team efficiency and operational consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s degree preferred. Academic background in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Information Systems, or E-commerce is a plus.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading a complete product line or platform independently.
• Solid understanding of the business logic, user behavior, and regulatory environment of precious metals, forex, or derivatives trading platforms.
• Experience in reputable companies or large brokerages is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fintech ecosystems, including automated trading, risk control systems, business intelligence dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Proficient in product design tools such as Axure, Figma, or Sketch, with basic UI/UX design skills and data sensitivity.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for product quality and business outcomes; able to drive both innovation and continuous product optimization.
• Experience with cross-border platforms, blockchain, or Web3-related products is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is preferred, as collaboration with overseas teams is required.
