As a Project Management Executive, you'll be the key liaison between our internal engineering teams and European clients. You will ensure smooth execution of projects from initial planning through to final delivery - maintaining timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Description

• Act as the main point of contact for European clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones, providing regular reports to stakeholders
• Translate technical requirements and documentation between English and Spanish/German, ensuring clarity and compliance
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support pre-sales technical discussions and post-project reviews

Profile

• Proficiency in Spanish or German, English and Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in OEM or mechanical machinery industries
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
