Responsibilities

• Analyze F&B recipes, costs and pricing structures to ensure profitability and minimize waste
• Oversee and monitor warehouse operations to ensure proper documentation, accurate stock levels, and optimal inventory turnover
• Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud or financial discrepancies
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and operational efficiency
• Work closely with operation teams to align financial objectives with business goals
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments 

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in costing and accounting in hotel or catering industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and checkSCM inventory system
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and meet the deadlines
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Cost Controller
