Community Health Officer (Community Outreach) (Contract) (Ref.：SSPDHC/156125)

Requirements:

• Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma in Public Health, Health Studies, Health Science, Social Service or related discipline
• HKCEE 5 passes including English (Syl. B) & Chinese at grade E or above or equivalent
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience, preferably in the field of healthcare or project management
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good knowledge in computer
• A self-motivated, mature and good team player with strong project management skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under tight timeline and a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties:

• Planning and implementing new & attractive community healthcare outreach programmes to promote primary healthcare and engage the community
• Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to drive win-win collaboration
• Operation & performance monitoring (including managing the resources, monitoring the progress & result, evaluate the effectiveness) of the programme
• Shift duties are required
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
• Short-listed candidates will be requested to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check operated by the Hong Kong Police Force
• Working Place: Sham Shui Po
