Where will you work?

Avoca, a destination Restaurant & Bar located on 38F of the hotel featuring stunning views of HK island and Victoria Harbour. Serving breakfast, all-day small plate menu, and cutting-edge cocktails, this one-of-a-kind Bar and Restaurant focus predominantly on Nightlife and Bar Culture.

What will you do?

• Assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in Restaurant
• Provide guests pleasant dining experiences by delivering exceptional service to the customer
• Transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments
• Clean and set-up of tables and food stations

Knowledge and skills

• Relevant working experience of signature restaurant is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
• Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
