Senior Manager (SM) (Contract) (Ref.：RS/156825)

Requirements:

• Either:1) Degree holder in Social Work (RSW) or above or 2) Degree in Nursing or above
• HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 or above (including Chinese and English) or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in NGO or hospital settings
• Solid management experience in rehabilitation services, especially residential services
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese
• Dynamic, efficient, independent, responsive and resourceful
• Good interpersonal, social and team work skills

Job Duties

• Supervision and management of rehabilitation services
• Covered but not limited to residential services, day training, community support, vocational rehabilitation, and social enterprise
• Handled different funding modes including government subsidized services, time-limited projects and self-financing
• Manage existing provisions and keep on initiating fill-the-gap services for people with disabilities and their families
• Working Place: HK
