A sizeable Japanese co. is looking for Japanese speaking Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Job duties
- Mainly to support all sales activities internally
- Handling order process, quotation, quality claims and payment issues
- Coordination between factories , related departments and customers for delivery issues
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Good command of Japanese(Passed JLPT N1/N2)
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- With exp. working in Japanese trading company is highly preferred
- With exp. in handling shipment documents
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
- Immediate available/short notice is highly preferred
