Job Responsibilities:
Business Development: Generate business opportunities by delivering high-quality services and promoting retail banking products to mass-market customers. Make referrals as needed to achieve the bank’s sales targets.
Customer-Centric Approach: Proactively identify and address customer needs while driving initiatives to continuously enhance service standards, ensuring the delivery of professional and exceptional service
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking sector.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of and exposure to a wide range of retail banking products.
Skills & Attributes: Highly motivated team player with a strong sales and customer service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Licensing: Passed in HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 (or equivalent)
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
For Assistant Personal Banking Manager (~$30K, negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales: Actively seek business opportunities by delivering exceptional service and promoting retail banking products to mass-market customers. Make referrals as needed to help the bank achieve its sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Identify and address customer needs while driving initiatives to continuously improve service quality, ensuring a high standard of professionalism.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of and experience with various retail banking products.
Skills & Attributes: Self-motivated team player with strong sales acumen, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Licensing (Preferred): Successful completion of HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 (or equivalent), IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 & 5, and the MPF Intermediaries Examination.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua (both written and spoken).
