Description
Utilise internal CRM software system to track, engage, and convert inbound leads.
Offer expert guidance on professional corporate services.
Provide a comprehensive introduction of company service, ensuring clients have clear expectations.
Follow a structured sales approach, using calls, emails, and the client's preferred communication method.
Proactively follow up and facilitating smooth on boarding for new clients.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure streamlined service delivery for newly on boarded customers.
Leveraging opportunities to expand into new markets.
Profile
2+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales.
Prior exposure to IT/ corporate services is advantageous.
Fluent in English & Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
Proactive, detail-driven, and highly self-motivated.
Exceptional communication skills, results-driven mindset.
Welcome IANG visa holder.
