Provide policy administration support, including policy issuance, endorsement and renewal
Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve policy-related issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all policy-related activities
Assist in the development and improvement of policy servicing processes and procedures
Contribute to the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in general insurance policy servicing or a similar customer-facing role
Strong knowledge of general insurance products and policy administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing high-quality service
