Business Analyst

What the role entails

• This position is suited to a highly motivated individual, who is a team player with the drive for analyzing big data, developing key performance indicators and striving for continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze business data for business optimization
• Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them
• Identify automation opportunities
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
• Develop and maintain reporting tools
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
• Prepare and monitor key performance indicators to help others achieve targets
• Prepare reports to the management on business performance and improvement

What you will need for this role

The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and attributes:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ related experience
• Ability to work productively without supervision
• Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
• A team player with good business sense
