Job Duties:

(a) To assist in processing Countryside Conservation Funding Scheme (CCFS) application and disbursement of fund and other requests for approved CCFS projects;

(b) To maintain the database of CCFS and monitor submission progress for reporting purposes;

(c) To support in event management for CCFS; and

(d) To offer logistical support for meetings led by government officials and to provide general assistance to the CCFS Secretariat.

Requirements:

(a) Have a bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;

(b) Have Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;

(c) Have at least one (1) year's post-qualification working experience in provision of administrative / executive / general office support, preferably in Government Bureaux / Departments or Public Sector Organisations; and;

(d) Have good knowledge on MS Office and technical know-how on Online Meeting Software.
