About the Role
To support the eMPF project focusing on onboarding process to the eMPF Platform in Hong Kong. To manage the development and implementation of quality assurance programs and perform process reviews to effectively identify and evaluate key process improvement areas in both pension and employee benefits operations. Incorporate directives and initiatives of the company and regulators and to ensure good standards are established and being maintained by relevant business functions
Responsibilities:
eMPF Project Management
- Create and manage project plans, including timelines and resources.
- Assist in coordinating with MPF trustees, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Support monitoring project progress and managing risks.
- Aid in communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Assist with testing and launching the eMPF Platform.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed.
Quality Assurance
- Manage the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to ensure operations and services are up-to-standard
- Monitor the development and implementation of quality assurance programs that are consistent with relevant governance standards
- Review various processes, procedure manuals and complaints to identify potential risk exposures and process improvement areas, and recommend changes and enhancement in processes when necessary
- Lead the process improvement projects/tasks to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness and provide recommendations to support business goals
- Liaise with various stakeholders such as internal parties, regulators and auditors, etc to maintain effective communication
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor in order to meet company’s standards, guidelines and other requirements
- Work with internal and external parties to deliver projects on time
- Prepare management update for business functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in finance or tech.
- Good understanding of MPF rules and regulations in Hong Kong.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Preferably, experience in dealing with PCCWS or similar systems, and knowledge of project tools. Analytical, organized, detail-oriented and independent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both English and Chinese
- Ability to establish constructive relationships with other functions, departments and regulators
- A good team player who can demonstrate flexible attitude
