Job Description
South Island School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic, adaptable and committed Teacher of Media. This is a cover role, and the lesson allocation will be discussed further with the successful applicant on appointment. The position will potentially span from April- May 2025.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled teacher who can motivate, inspire and engage with students in creative and innovative ways, both within and outside the classroom, to ensure excellent educational outcomes for our students. Previous experience in the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP), IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme (DP) is highly desirable.
The successful applicant will become a tutor, contributing to the extra-curricular life of the school.
Please note that this role is only open to applicants who are already Hong Kong residents. Completion of the Hong Kong teacher registration process is also required. This position is a full-time temporary contract from April - May 2025.
