The Customer Strategy, Insights, and Innovation (CSII) Division is dedicated to cultivating customer-centric capabilities across the Club ecosystem and shaping customer strategies that drive business growth. Through a data-driven approach, the Division strives to achieve a 360-degree understanding and insights of owners, members and wagering customers, enabling the seamless design of end-to-end customer experiences across online and offline channels (Racecourses and Off-course Betting Branches). This is achieved by integrating Clubwide customer data onto a unified platform, creating a single view of our customers that empowers us to deliver personalised offers and unique experiences.

Digital Experience and Innovation Department is responsible for providing quality digital experience to local and overseas customers of The Hong Kong Jockey Club. It operates 88 Race Meetings a year, 33 Simulcasts days, a thrice-weekly Mark 6 Draw, 7X24 Digital Channels, 7X24 Football Betting Services on over 11,000 different leagues per year. The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner and engage new customers.

The Job

You will:

Lead video concept creation, production, editing, and post-production for HKJC’s racing content platform, social media platform and other digital channels.
Proficient in hands-on video production, including operating camera equipment for filming and utilizing video editing software and tools for post-production to create high-quality and polished video content.task scheduling, resources allocation and budget
Collaborate with external vendors, UX/UI designers to develop engaging video content. Communicate the requirements, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of content updates and enhancements per the agreed timeline.
Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, including vertical video formats for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, and incorporate these trends creatively into video content.
Maintain and organize video assets library and archives for easy access and future use.
Oversee video production equipment, ensuring all gear is in good working order and available for shoots.
Ensures compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club’s business.

About You

You should have:

Higher Diploma or above in creative media, multimedia, video production or any other relevant disciplines;
Minimum 3 years working experience in video production or related fields
Weekend work with rotating schedules is required
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and visual narrative abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content
Proficient in Adobe CS, including Premiere Pro, After Effect, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other graphic design/video editing tools.
Proficiency in animation and AI-production tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of video projects from start to finish.
Familiarity with the latest social media trends, including vertical video formats for Reels and Shorts, and knowledge of how to shoot and edit videos in line with these trends.
