- One of the top-tier multinational company is looking for a talented SRE (Team Lead) for their IT team.
Your new role
- Participate in infrastructure design and focus on improving the performance and dependability of mission-critical applications to support the company's worldwide business model
- Create and manage the observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- To satisfy the needs of the application owners, implement Application Performance Monitoring (APM) for full-stack observability (traces, logs, and metrics)
- Create a group observability structure that enhances system observability and alerting
- Implement reliable best practices across teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of similar discipline, or an equivalent mix of coursework and professional experience in SRE or DevOps
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Elastic Log
- Proficiency in providing observability tools and application monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Elastic Log, Elasticsearch or other similar systems will be preferred)
- Familiarity with observability frameworks such as OpenTelemetry
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
