Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify cybersecurity and information security risks (including cloud-based applications and database auditing). Plan enhancement strategies for information security architecture (covering infrastructure and application systems) and provide technical support.
- Lead the development of IT compliance frameworks, manage closure of audit findings from internal/external audits, and conduct contract compliance reviews.
- Act as the primary liaison for group-level IT tasks, overseeing vulnerability management, cyber attack/defense drills, and drafting policies, reports, contingency plans, and operational manuals.
- Provide technical support to IT departments and subsidiaries, including log analysis, access management, security analytics tools, and information management. Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of internet assets.
- Manage internal approval workflows, assist IT departments with documentation, and oversee process compliance.
- Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of servers (physical/virtual/cloud), databases, network devices, storage, and backup systems. Respond to infrastructure failures to ensure core systems meet SLA requirements. Participate in disaster recovery system development and conduct regular drills.
Qualifications:
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- More than 5 years in cybersecurity (post-CISSP/CISP certification)
- More than 8 years in network/infrastructure roles, preferably in IT departments of financial/investment institutions (100+ employees).
- Valid CISSP/CISP certification required.
- Hands-on experience with: Chaitin Tech, Qingteng Cloud, QiAnXin, Sangfor, Nutanix, Pulse Secure, Cisco, Fortinet, MobileIron, RedHat, Microsoft.
- Experience in auditing or deploying WEB + SQL application architectures.
- Preferred certifications: ISO/IEC 27001, CCNA, PMP, ITIL, MCSE.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
- High professionalism, accountability, stress tolerance, attention to detail, and strong communication/team collaboration abilities.
