RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellence in retail experience and promote a Consumer Centric Culture
- Build the relationship with/new and existing Consumers/Customers
- Achieve the Sales Target defined and maximize the business potential of the stores
- Uphold Respect of Gucci Standards and Procedures/Guidelines on Clienteling
- Perform BOH duties e.g. perform sales transactions, reports and stock transfer, etc.
- Display goods according to guidelines
- Maintain the work place clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail and passionate in Service Industry
- Be brand ambassador and consumer centric focus
- Be supportive to the team courageously
- Energetic, talkative, pleasant and outgoing personality
- Hardworking, responsible and result driven
- Good administrative skills, adaptability and customer service attitude
- Good PC skills such as MS Office
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Client Advisor
