Senior Officer - Retail Operation / Retail Projects (HKMO) Luxury Retail

• Scope HK + MO; 11+ POS

Key responsibilities:

• Store Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring efficient stock management, timely replenishment of store necessities, and adherence to operational standards.

• Workplace Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant working environment by coordinating maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols for store facilities and equipment.

• Facilities Management & Retail Projects: Support store openings, renovations, and other retail projects by contributing to planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and alignment with brand standards.

• Sales Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance store performance and customer experience.

• Internal & External Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, merchandising, and finance) and external partners (e.g., contractors, suppliers) to ensure effective communication and successful delivery of retail projects.

• Team Leadership: Guide and support store teams to maintain operational excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and alignment with the brand’s luxury ethos.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the premium/luxury retail sector.

• Proven track record in managing multi-store operations, stock management, and retail projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis and reporting to drive business decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and facilities management in a retail context.

• Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Ability to thrive under pressure, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD is a big plus
