Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Grow and maintain advertiser and agency relationships to effectively build and grow ad revenue.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets according to sales plan.
  • Display a thorough understanding of assigned account's business needs and revenue potential.
  • Prepare innovative and turn-key sales proposals (across multiple sites & platforms) to meet clients needs and expectations.
  • Presents, negotiates and sells Online Media's products to prospective agency and direct clients, typically pitching to executives, media planners and marketing managers.
  • Works and co-ordinate with regional team to anticipate and respond to a variety of business needs.


Specification and Requirement (Eligibility):

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience specializing in advertising, sales, client servicing or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record of sales success with media agencies and direct advertiser relationships is an added bonus.
  • Good communication skills; possess an analytical mind and have good problem solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of the advertising landscape and advertising sales operations. Some knowledge of online advertising with regards to advertising options and technology.
  • Candidate who with more working experience will be considered for senior post.
