Responsibilities
- Responsible for Office Administration.
- Manage office procurement, invoice and contracts renewal.
-Support accounting task.
- Maintain proper employee attendance and leave records.
- Arrange staff team building activities.
- Communicate with Building Management Office on issues related to the leased building such as repair & maintenance.
- Communicate with cleaning worker to keep office in a clean and tidy environment.
- Communicate with external IT services providers for I.T. support and maintenance of I.T. infrastructure in HK Office.
- Communicate with hotels, airlines, and travel agencies for bookings.
- Support merchandising activities such as management/ buyer trips
- Petty cash management
- Be the first contact person on external unsolicited calls and visitors.
- Handle ad hoc matters and projects assigned.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of A minimum of 2-year administration experiences
- Good work attitude, well organized and highly systematic
- Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS365 is an advantage.
