Passenger & Freighter Operation Specialist

The role

• Conduct pre-flight planning and compile accurate load sheets for passenger and freighter flights
• Plan and monitor cargo/baggage distribution to ensure aircraft weight and balance are within limits
• Calculate and provide Estimated Zero Fuel Weight (EZFW) within required timelines
• Coordinate flight close-out and special handling requirements with Passenger Services and airline representatives
• Manage catering orders based on flight schedules and special meal requests
• Issue loading instructions and supervise aircraft load control in compliance with dangerous goods and weight restrictions
• Ensure aircraft center of gravity remains within operational limits under all loading conditions
• Prepare and dispatch operational flight messages (e.g. LDM, CPM, PTM, PSM, APIS) in accordance with airline and IATA standards
• Liaise with duty controllers, ramp teams, and government authorities to ensure safe, timely turnarounds
• Maintain flight documentation, manage station supplies, and support operational continuity
• Uphold safety protocols and compliance with airline recency requirements

The Person

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, energetic, willing to learn, and self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Willingness to perform roster duties as assigned
