• Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and internal staff.
• Lead the entire software development project lifecycle, including business requirements analysis, functional specification, project planning, scheduling, cost management, and quality control.
• Effectively communicate project matters to all levels of stakeholders.
• Engage with project governance on project performance and change management.
• Mobilize project teams in Hong Kong and offshore, and supervise their work and performance.
• Lead and control project-related risk management processes and handle ad-hoc tasks.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification is preferred.
• At least 10 years of work experience in project management for corporations or enterprises.
• Proficient in SDLC project management execution and business analysis.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
• System Integrator (SI) experience is preferred.
• Experience in pre-sales is preferred.
• A technical background is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Project Manager position.
