Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals/changes
- Assist to design people strategy to attract and retain talent within the organization; provide end-to-end assistance in the formulation and implementation of all HR initiatives
- Plan and work out the annual people plan in accordance with the business needs; analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make decisions.
- Act as a team leader, manage and coach team members and to promote their professional growth and development
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above, at least 10 years' relevant HR experience, preferably from consumer durables industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Team player and strong in stakeholders management with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Possess good business acumen, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills as well as excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
