Responsibilities:
- Represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary decisions in the absence of the management on duty or department heads
- To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of front office
- To enforce training and coaching to all front office staff in accordance to the hotel’s policy and procedures
- Handle guest complaints
- Build up and maintain close relationship with hotel guests
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Hotel/Hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Front Office
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
