Exciting Student Recruitment & University Development Manager with a leading tertiary education institute
Your Company Our client, a leading tertiary education institute offering master's degree programs and MBA programs in America and the UK, is seeking an experienced Student Recruitment & University Development Manager. This role is crucial for driving student enrolment and fostering university development in Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea.
Your Role As the Student Recruitment & University Development Manager, you will:
- Sell master's degree programs and MBA programs to potential students in China
- Assist potential students with their application process and address any enquiries they may have.
- Meet monthly application targets and ensure sufficient student intake for the September enrolment.
- Frequently travel overseas to engage with potential students and partners.
- Make 50 cold calls per day
- Working hour Mon thru Fri 10-7pm at office
What You'll Need to Succeed - A oversea bachelor's degree is required
- Fluent English and native Mandarin proficiency is required.
- A hunter mindset with a can-do attitude and result-oriented approach.
- Previous experience of selling similar educational programs is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate potential students.
