Main Responsibilities
· Design and deliver creative customer centric and customer value management (CVM) marketing strategies, product cross-selling, retention and other portfolio growth campaigns by addressing segment characteristics to improve customer profitability, customer loyalty and product penetration rates and to deliver the business objectives of marketing strategy
· Drive contextual marketing initiatives to address consumer needs through in-depth data analysis, meaningful insights generation and timely delivery
· Formulate and implement marketing campaigns and activates to support the achievement of customer growth and revenue growth targets for Greater Bay Area Segment
· Drive and implement integrated marketing communication strategies and initiatives, including segment driven marketing campaign, product launches, banking product promotions, through-the-line advertising campaigns, customer events and the production of related marketing collaterals
· Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and effectively manage agency, vendor and supplier relationships to maximize service delivery
· Efficiently manage cost control, marketing calendar, call list summary and business analysis to support thorough evaluation of marketing strategy and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
· University degree in business studies, preferably in marketing or equivalent
· At least 5 years of solid experience in marketing role within capacity of banking, wealth management or Segment and profound integrated marketing campaign management functions
· Strong planning, analytical, negotiation and project management skills together with well-polished program design and management abilities with good business sense and attentive to details in efficient manner
· Experienced in liaising with external business partner and supplier and seasoned in directing and managing advertising plan and agency works
· Strong interpersonal and communication skill to work, interact with cross-function teams and facilitate business interactions and proven capability to motivate team members
· Proven effectiveness as a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment with ability to think both creatively and strategically, multi-task and to establish and drive high priority initiatives
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English. Proficient in Chinese inputting
