The ideal incumbent will act as one of key members in driving sustainability design efforts within a dynamic, collaborative environment, supporting our clients and internal teams as we work toward a carbon-neutral future.
Key Responsibility:
- Provide ideas and drive change initiatives and develop strategy plans for achieving net zero emissions
- Support research on sustainability trends, benchmarks, and best practices
- Manage ESG-related data and maintaining reporting databases
- Support sustainability-related projects and collaborate with internal departments to promote ESG practices
- Monitor and report on ESG performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sustainability / Engineering / Architecture Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in environmental / architecture / engineering or construction industry
- Sustainability Knowledge and Familiarity with LEED and other Green Building Certifications
- Good knowledge background in building science, high-performance systems, and sustainable strategies, with experience achieving building certifications.
- Strong understanding of climate change science, policy, and best practices
- Experience in ESG reporting, regulatory requirements, or corporate social responsibility will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret ESG data and trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
