Job Title: Finance Manager APAC

Join a dynamic regional finance team supporting strategic operations across Greater China and Southeast Asia. We are seeking a high-caliber finance professional to play a key role in driving financial performance, reporting accuracy, and business insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for our group offices across China, Hong Kong, and Singapore
- Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance versus budget and forecast, providing insightful variance analysis
- Manage the monthly consolidation and reporting packages from overseas subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare comprehensive regional reporting packages to support senior management decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline; CPA or equivalent accounting certification is essential
- External audit training from a Big 4 or reputable CPA firm is mandatory
- 3 - 5 years of experience in financial management, ideally within a multinational corporation
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as regional financial regulations and tax requirements
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
- Resilient and adaptable, capable of managing challenges and change in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is an advantage
