My client is a global executive search firm who are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. They have a strong track record worldwide with a strong client base. They are looking for an EA who can work in a fast paced environment to support senior management in the team.
Description
As an Executive Assistant your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
- Arranging detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Supporting the team with event planning and coordination as needed.
- Monitoring and managing expense reports and budgets.
- Performing other administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Higher education in business administration or relevant
- Over 5 years EA experience - prior experience in a recruitment firm is a MUST
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a professional setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
