Job Responsibilities:
- Handle branch walk-in client enquiries and assist in register and account opening procedure
- Achieve business goals through proactive business solicitation and relationship building with customers
- Introduce and demonstrate products and services to customers
- Provide quality customer services and handle client's enquiries and feedback
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Passed HKSI paper 1,7,8, or Licensed with SFC Type 1 preferred, but not a must
- At least 1 year sales or customer services experience in securities firm
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Branch Manager

Working hours:
- 5 days per week (need to work on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday)
- 9 hours per day with one hour lunch break (9am to 9pm)
Working locations:
- Tsim Sha Tsui or Causeway Bay or Tsuen Wan or West Kowloon MTR Station
