Responsibilities:
• Handle license applications, SFC filings and inquiries from regulatory bodies;
• Perform compliance checking to ensure relevant business is in compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Handle KYC and AML-related matters;
• Conduct trade surveillance
• Advise business functions on compliance issues and new business;
• Research reports review and clearance;
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• University degree in business, law, finance or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of compliance experience in licensed corporations with exposure dealing with regulators;
• Well versed with SFC regulations and standards, as well as other regulatory requirements;
• Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure;
• Solid working experience in compliance checking and trade surveillance is definitely an advantage;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua);
