Description
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Preparing financial reports and assisting with month-end closing activities.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Monitoring expenses and providing recommendations for cost optimization.
- Contributing to the preparation of audit documentation as required.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
- An understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
