Responsibilities
- Provide system administration of Windows Server (AD/DHCP/DNS/Exchange), proxy server, SSL VPN, network switch and firewall
- Support IT Project Implementation
- Provide end users and system support of MS Office, Outlook, Adobe products
- Involve in hardware and software setup, maintenance and trouble-shooting
- Responsible for handling administration and maintenance work on Linux
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data.
- Assist in managing and optimizing network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and performance.
- Support cloud infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in computing or related discipline
- 1 year of relevant experience in system and support in advance
- Hands-on experience in VMWare & Virtualization, SAN storage and backup tools
- Experience with designing and administrating infrastructure (e.g. Windows Server 2008 or above)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Energetic, easy to get along with people and outgoing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as System Engineer
- Fresh graduates will be considered to work under our 3-year Executive Development Program (Trainee Program)
