We are a leading global media company looking for a talent to join the dynamic team playing a vital role in a fast-paced and exciting MNC environment and focusing on internal communication and security duties – It will never be a dull job!

Job Duties:

• Act as focal point to collect & analyze first-hand worldwide events & daily main news to co-workers
• Manage and monitor electronic security system to deter and protect against all hidden threats to ensure the efficient working of the Security Operation Centre (SOC)
• Ensure the accurate recording of all events and actions including maintenance of daily logs
• Timely inform relevant department(s) on lost & found, fire alarm, office maintenance cases, etc.
• Responsible for emergency/enquires from Asia Pacific region and co-workers
• Perform other communication duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with 1-2 years' of mass media or security services experience preferred
• Holder of valid SPP, QAS, licensed First-Aider will be an advantage
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, diligent and able to work under pressure
• Working Location: Central
• Working hours: 5 days per week, 8.5 hours per shift per day
