About the role

You’ll help keep our operations smooth and our clients delighted. This is a friendly, team-centered role that blends logistics coordination with clear communication and simple admin routines. What you’ll do

- Support VIP client requests with care and follow-through

- Coordinate airfreight, shipments, local deliveries, and technician schedules

- Maintain neat digital and hard-copy filing and keep records tidy

- Arrange meetings, follow up on action items, and prepare simple summaries

- Manage supplier communications and basic purchasing

- Handle small expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements accurately

- Help ensure daily operations run smoothly across Administration and Logistics

What you bring

- A positive, grateful attitude and a growth mindset

- Clear communication, both written and verbal

- Organized and reliable, with respect for timelines

- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general office tools

- Detail-loving accuracy when placing purchase orders (US and Italy suppliers)

- A team-first spirit, resourceful and calm in solving day-to-day issues

- Openness to feedback and an eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
