Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with Hong Kong and local Labor Ordinance and other employment regulations.
- Support the annual appraisal process and compensation reviews, contributing to employee growth and retention.
- Organize various training programs, including onboarding, skills development, and compliance sessions to enhance employee capabilities.
- Plan and execute team-building activities and company events to foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR correspondences, letters, forms and announcement
- Prepare monthly reports for management review
- Maintain HRIS system
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Familiar with HK labor ordinance and related employment legislations
- Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources and Administration Assistant
- Occasionally travel to Dongguan Factory
