Human Resources & Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with Hong Kong and local Labor Ordinance and other employment regulations.
  • Support the annual appraisal process and compensation reviews, contributing to employee growth and retention.
  • Organize various training programs, including onboarding, skills development, and compliance sessions to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities and company events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Prepare HR correspondences, letters, forms and announcement
  • Prepare monthly reports for management review
  • Maintain HRIS system
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Familiar with HK labor ordinance and related employment legislations
  • Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources and Administration Assistant
  • Occasionally travel to Dongguan Factory
