Established in 2000, our Graduate Trainee (GT) programmes at Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) offer a unique and exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to launch their careers in the dynamic aviation industry.
Our structured 3-year programme training is designed to provide you with invaluable hands-on experience and mentorship from industry leaders. As part of the development plan, our trainees undertake attachment with the aviation division under Swire Group Companies and Rolls-Royce (U.K.) for a total of twenty-six weeks.
1st Year - Foundation and Familiarisation
- On-the-job training in various departments
- Soft skills and management training
- 2 weeks familiarization in HAECO
2nd Year - Industry Immersion
- Continuous Professional Development activities
- Rotations in various departments to further understand HAESL operations
- Secondment to aviation division under Swire Group Companies (12 weeks)
3rd Year - Global Exposure
- Engage in a 40-week assignment within one of the Department to build expertise in operation
- Secondment to Rolls-Royce in the UK (12 weeks)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Air Transportation, Management or related discipline.
- Exceptional Organisation and Self-Motivation, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to thrive in a collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Proficiency, with a keen aptitude for tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions.
- Bilingual Communication Skills, fluent in both English and Chinese, facilitating effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
