Must-Have
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Hands-on experience with AI Agent development
- Familiar with LLM related concepts or terminologies, e.g. RAG, MCP, agent workflow, etc..
- Strong background in prompt engineering and conversational AI design.
- Proficiency in API integration, especially within Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, including business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Responsible for designing, building, and deploying secure, compliant, enterprise-grade Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrated with HSBC’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem and CIB workflows.
- Design and build custom Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio for CIB use cases.
- Define conversational topics, prompts, and orchestration flows.
- Integrate Copilots with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate, and approved APIs.
- Manage approved knowledge sources and grounded responses.
- Implement security, RBAC, audit logging, and compliance controls.
- Perform testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
