Global asset management firm is seeking an entry level crypto trader to join their firm. This role will be based in Shenzhen. You will be reporting to the head of crypto trading. The working hours will be 3pm - 12am HKT.
Seeking for motivated Junior Crypto Traders to support trading operations during European market hours. This position is perfect for individuals who are curious, analytical, and eager to build a career in crypto trading from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and support crypto trading operations during EU hours (3PM–12AM HKT).
- Assist in executing trades under supervision while strictly adhering to risk parameters.
- Analyse market data, identify patterns, and prepare trade summaries.
- Track and optimize portfolio performance under guidance from senior traders.
- Collaborate with senior traders and analysts to refine strategies and share market insights.
- Contribute to analytics and dashboards for trade monitoring.
- Stay updated on crypto market trends, DeFi innovations, and relevant regulatory developments.
- Prepare reports on trading performance, market conditions, and strategy adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical ability, numerical aptitude, and curiosity to learn crypto trading.
- Highly motivated to grow professionally in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Discipline, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures.
- Team-player mindset and openness to feedback.
- Willingness to work on-site and commit to structured training and mentorship.
- No prior professional trading experience required; basic understanding of financial markets is a plus.
