Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Housekeeping daily operations and supervise HSKP Supervisors / Room Attendants / U&L and General Cleaning’s staff to ensure professional and courteous services to hotel guests
• Responsible for overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards and services are met
• Ensure the standards for safety, health and pleasing environment for guests and team members
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate team members

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ management experience in housekeeping operation
• Good leadership skills and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented and well-organized
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
